3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We share your information only in these situations:
- With Spa Providers: We share your name, phone number, and booking details with the spa you've booked so they can serve you.
- With Service Partners: Payment processors (Razorpay), SMS providers (MSG91), and cloud storage providers — under strict data agreements.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Razorpay PCI-DSS compliance for payment data
- Two-factor authentication for admin access
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZySpa's website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.
2. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on ZySpa
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts for exploiting offers is prohibited
- ZySpa reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
3. Booking & Appointments
- All bookings are subject to the spa provider's availability and confirmation
- Booking confirmation is sent via SMS and email within 2 minutes
- ZySpa acts as a platform — the actual service is provided by independent spa partners
- For home services, you must ensure a safe and appropriate environment for the therapist
- Special requests (female therapist, specific products, etc.) are not guaranteed
4. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
- Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Cash payments are accepted for "Pay at Spa" bookings
- Prices on ZySpa may differ from the spa's walk-in rates
- We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice
5. Provider Responsibilities
- Spa providers listed on ZySpa are independent businesses — not employees of ZySpa
- ZySpa verifies all providers but is not liable for the quality of services delivered
- Providers must maintain a minimum 4.0 star average rating to remain listed
- Any disputes with providers should first be raised through ZySpa's support system
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing spa staff or other users
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
- Attempting to circumvent our payment system
- Scraping, hacking, or reverse engineering the platform
7. Limitation of Liability
ZySpa's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
Refund & Cancellation
Fair and transparent policy for all bookings
1. Free Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking for FREE if you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method or ZySpa wallet.

2. How to Cancel a Booking
- Via App/Website: Go to My Bookings → Select booking → Tap "Cancel Booking"
- Via WhatsApp: Message us at +91 9598552591 with your Booking ID
- Via Call: Call us at +91 9598552591 (9AM–9PM)
3. Refund Methods
- ZySpa Wallet (Instant): Refunds to your ZySpa wallet are processed immediately and can be used for your next booking
- Original Payment Method: Credit/debit card refunds take 5-7 business days; UPI refunds take 1-3 business days
- Cash Bookings: For "Pay at Spa" bookings, no payment is collected online, so no refund is applicable
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- No-show without prior cancellation
- Cancellation within 2 hours of the appointment (50% refund applies)
- Service completed but customer dissatisfied (handled via dispute process)
- Misuse of coupon codes or promotional offers
5. Service Quality Disputes
If you're unsatisfied with the service quality, email us at support@zyspa.in within 24 hours with your booking ID and details. We investigate all complaints and may offer a partial refund or free re-booking at our discretion.
6. Provider Cancellations
If your booking is cancelled by the spa provider, you'll receive:
- Instant 100% refund to your ZySpa wallet
- Priority rebooking assistance from our team
- ₹100 ZySpa credit as compensation for the inconvenience
Service Delivery Policy
How ZySpa services are delivered to you
1. At-Spa Services
For bookings at the spa:
- Booking confirmation is sent instantly via SMS and email
- Please arrive at the spa at least 10 minutes before your appointment
- Carry a valid government-issued photo ID
- The spa address and directions are provided in your booking confirmation
- Late arrival may result in a shortened service time
2. Home Services
For home service bookings:
- The therapist will arrive within a 30-minute window of your scheduled time
- Please ensure a clean, well-lit, and private space with a mat or table
- Inform the therapist of any medical conditions or allergies before the service
- Additional ₹150 home service fee applies (shown at checkout)
- Home services are available within 15km of the therapist's base location
3. Service Coverage
ZySpa currently operates in the following cities:
- New Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad)
- Mumbai (Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai)
- Bangalore (North, South, East, West Bangalore)
- Hyderabad (Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, HITEC City)
- Pune (Koregaon Park, Viman Nagar, Hinjewadi)
- Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur (select spas)
4. Service Standards
All ZySpa partner spas must meet the following standards:
- Valid business registration and trade license
- Certified therapists with minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Hygiene audit passed (sterilized equipment, clean linens changed per customer)
- Minimum 4.0 star rating maintained at all times
- Compliance with ZySpa's Code of Conduct
